- the order will be valid at the reception of the down payment
- federal sales taxes (GST) are not included in Canada as well as provincial in Quebec (TVQ)
- delivery special applies to continental USA and Canada main routes, except Alaska and Northern Territories (YT $599 - ask us for other northern destinations). Ferries will be charged extra.
- yurts will be delivered end of May, beginning of June 2010
- destination must be reached with our groovy 50' semi-trailer
- an extra delivery charge can be applied for big yurts (above 6-walls / 22') as well as for platforms if ordered

All yurts will include a complete high quality felt insulation and hand painted wood structure, a decorated water resistant canvas, a double window door frame and items mentioned above, as well as all necessary ropes. A platform is not included.

FAQ: how do we manage to offer such prices?? Although we make sure to have the best possible quality for our Mongolian yurts, we buy them directly from the family of our manufacturer in Mongolia and sell them directly in North America. For pre-orders, we mostly organise delivery tours with our own truck, offering unbeatable delivery fares and direct contact.
