Our one-year financing plan is available at an 8% interest rate, while our two-year plan is offered at a 10% interest rate, giving you the freedom to choose the option that best aligns with your needs and timeline.

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Yurt Orders: A 30% deposit is required for yurt purchases to confirm your order. Reservation of stock is only confirmed on receipt of said deposit. 100% payment is due prior to shipping, or upon pick-up or delivery.
  • A 15% restocking fee is applicable to the order total for cancelled yurt orders plus the initial and return shipping or delivery fee if already shipped or delivered.
  • Parts' Orders: 100% payment is due prior to shipping. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a parts' delivery on a delivery tour. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
  • Maintenance Orders: A 50% deposit will be required to confirm a maintenance visit with one of our experts. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your scheduled visit once your order has been finalized
  • Overnight Yurt Bookings at the Groovy Farm: A cancellation fee of $30.00 will be charged for any yurt stays cancelled without a minimum of 48hrs notice before the reservation.
  • Late payments: An NSF fee of $45.00 will apply to all late payments and/or returned cheques with an additional 2% interest charge per month from the date of invoicing.
